The Institute of Pathology provides both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. It has been a training center for anatomical pathology residents under a 3-year program since 1972 (details available at the Academic and Medical Mission Group link).
The Institute also teaches subspecialty residents in nephrology, gastroenterology and hepatology, surgery, orthopedic surgery at Rajavithi Hospital, pediatric surgery at the Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health, and gynecological pathology trainees from various institutions nationwide.
The Institute also serves as a learning center for medical scientists and cytologists nationwide, and provides internship opportunities for students from various universities in the fields of medical science and anatomical pathology.
